Terms

Rules for using Larpit.

These terms set the baseline for accounts, content, live challenges, safety, subscriptions, and fair play during the private beta.

Draft updated September 4, 2026 · Version 0.1
Pre-release notice

Larpit is currently available only for private development testing. These pages describe the intended beta controls and will be reviewed for each launch country before public availability.

These operational drafts do not replace country-specific legal review.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

By creating an account or using Larpit, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Competition Rules. Private camera-match testing is currently invitation-only and 18+. A future public release may support users 16 and older only after the required age-assurance, regional, and safety controls are approved.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only one account unless Larpit approves otherwise. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, mislead users, or violate rights. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Larpit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt for display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents for everything you submit, including anyone visible or audible.

Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, sexual, exploitative, hateful, threatening, dangerous, privacy-invasive, or non-consensual content. Detailed rules appear in the Community Guidelines.

4. Live challenges and results

A Larpit match is a timed presentation challenge, not a judgment of a person’s worth or social status. The round prompt and versioned Competition Rules determine valid entries. Results may use automated systems and may be delayed, drawn, voided, corrected, or reversed after integrity review.

No cash value

LP, ranks, badges, cosmetics, and season progress are entertainment-only, non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, wagered, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or material prizes.

5. Larpit+

Larpit+ is planned as an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Before purchase, the app will show the price, billing period, included ongoing benefits, trial terms if any, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple bills your account and handles cancellation and refunds under its policies. Paid access will not buy LP, judging advantages, match outcomes, or safety exceptions.

6. Enforcement

Larpit may remove content, restrict discovery, void results, apply cooldowns, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these rules, protect users, comply with law, or address security risks. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and an appeal route. Serious or urgent harm may require immediate action.

7. Service changes and beta risk

Pre-release features may be unavailable, reset, changed, or discontinued. Rankings and test progress may be cleared before launch. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your country.

8. Disputes and final launch details

The final public-launch Terms will identify the contracting operator, governing law, service address, and any country-specific provisions. Until then, this private beta is not a public offer. Invited testers should use the contact channel provided with their invitation. Current contact availability is published in the Support center.
