Your safety comes before the result.
Leave any live challenge that feels unsafe. A match result is never more important than your wellbeing or privacy.
Larpit is currently available only for private development testing. These pages describe the intended beta controls and will be reviewed for each launch country before public availability.
These operational drafts do not replace country-specific legal review.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Larpit support is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help.
During a live challenge
- Never reveal your address, school, workplace, documents, financial information, passwords, or precise location.
- Use a neutral background and remove anything private from view.
- Leave immediately if the opponent is sexual, threatening, coercive, or asks you to move off-platform.
- Block the user and submit a report from the result or profile screen.
- Do not retaliate, record, repost, or contact the person elsewhere.
Age and consent
Camera-match development testing is 18+ and invitation-only. Larpit does not estimate age from a face. A 16+ public phase will not open until the app has reviewed age assurance, minor-specific safeguards, country rules, human moderation, and provider data controls. People under the permitted age must not appear in live-match evidence.
Reports and blocks
Blocking stops direct matching and profile interaction where applicable. Reporting creates a private safety case. Include only information needed to explain the issue. Reports can cover nudity or sexual conduct, minors, harassment, hate, threats, self-harm, dangerous conduct, privacy exposure, scams, impersonation, cheating, or another rules violation.
How enforcement works
Automated detection can hold content or void a match, but it does not by itself impose a permanent account penalty. Serious actions should receive human review. Larpit may remove content, prevent rematching, restrict live play, apply cooldowns, suspend an account, preserve relevant evidence, or contact authorities when legally required or necessary to address imminent harm.
Contact
Report in the app when possible so the case includes the correct account or match identifier. Public safety and privacy email routing is not active yet. Invited testers must use the contact channel provided with their invitation; see the Support center for current availability.
