How can we help?
Support is limited to invited development testers while monitored public contact channels are being prepared.
Larpit is currently available only for private development testing. These pages describe the intended beta controls and will be reviewed for each launch country before public availability.
These operational drafts do not replace country-specific legal review.
No @larpit.net support, safety, privacy, appeals, or security mailbox is currently published as monitored. Invited testers must use the contact route included with their invitation. This page will list public channels only after routing, ownership, and response procedures are active.
Account access, app issues, and general questions
Harassment, threats, exploitation, or urgent platform safety
Access, correction, export, consent, or deletion requests
Match integrity, moderation, and enforcement appeals
Responsible disclosure of a suspected security issue
Include the right details
Include your Larpit username, the approximate time of the issue, and the relevant match, post, or report identifier if visible. Never send a password, one-time code, API key, full payment card, government identity document, or unrelated private media.
Response expectations during development
Larpit is not yet a staffed public service and does not make a public response-time commitment. Safety reports from invited testers are prioritized, but the tester channel is not an emergency service.
Larpit+ and refunds
Test subscriptions must use Apple’s sandbox environment until Larpit+ is approved for release. Production purchases, cancellations, and refunds will be managed through Apple. Deleting a Larpit account does not cancel an Apple subscription automatically.
